I specialize in waxing, brow laminations, and customized facials with a focus on acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely taken care of—while leaving with results you can trust. ‼️PLEASE READ POLICY‼️ Skyn A’Waites Esthetics Policy 🧖🏽‍♀️ ⸻ Service Readiness Policy Please arrive with clean, dry skin in the service area and avoid heavy oils or lotions before your appointment. Services may be declined if contraindications are present, including but not limited to broken or irritated skin, recent exfoliation or peels, or certain medications. Applicable fees may still apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. ⸻ Client Form Policy All clients are required to complete any necessary intake and consent forms before each appointment to ensure services are performed safely and with the most up-to-date information on file. ⸻ Add-On & Service Selection Policy Please be sure to select the correct service when booking. Add-on services must be booked with an existing service and are not available as standalone appointments unless otherwise stated. ⸻ Consultation Policy Consultations do not guarantee service eligibility. Consultation fees may be applied toward an eligible service booked within 7 to 10 business days. After that timeframe, the consultation fee will no longer be credited toward the service. Facial services require a completed consultation before booking. Any facial appointment booked without a consultation will be canceled. ⸻ Guest Policy Guests are welcome to wait in the waiting room. To maintain a calm, comfortable, and professional service experience, only one person is permitted in the treatment room. ⸻ Payment Policy Prices are subject to change at any time. Skyn A’Waites Esthetics accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards as accepted forms of payment. ⸻ Before Your Appointment To ensure the best results and a smooth service experience, please review the following before arriving to your appointment. Waxing & Sugaring Services • Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice for proper removal. • Avoid shaving the area for at least 2–3 weeks before your appointment. • Avoid heavy lotions, oils, or creams on the treatment area before your service. • Avoid tanning or sun exposure on the area within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Facial Services • Arrive with clean skin when possible. • Avoid strong exfoliants, retinols, or active ingredients 24–48 hours before your facial unless directed otherwise. • Please inform your esthetician of any medications, recent treatments, or skin sensitivities. General Preparation • Complete all required intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. • Please arrive on time to allow the service to begin promptly. ⸻ Aftercare Proper aftercare helps maintain your results and supports healthy skin. After Waxing or Sugaring • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and workouts for 24 hours. • Avoid tight clothing that may cause friction in the treated area. • Avoid exfoliating the area for 24–48 hours. • Keep the skin clean and moisturized to help prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. After Facial Services • Avoid excessive heat, sweating, or direct sun exposure for 24 hours. • Avoid exfoliating products or active ingredients unless recommended. • Use gentle skincare products and apply SPF daily.

Cancellation Policy

Skyn A’Waites Esthetics Booking Policies Booking Policy A valid card is required to book all appointments. Deposits may be required for select services. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied toward your total at checkout. Cards on file are securely kept for booking purposes and will not be charged until the service is completed, unless otherwise required by policy. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy To keep appointments running smoothly and to respect each client’s scheduled time, clients arriving after 10 minutes late will need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. A new deposit will be required in order to book a future appointment. Up to 3 late arrivals will be permitted. After the third late arrival, future appointments may be canceled, and the client will be responsible for rescheduling if booking access remains available. ⸻ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits may be transferred for up to two approved reschedules when proper notice is given. After two reschedules, the original deposit will no longer transfer, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ⸻ No-Show Policy No-show appointments will be charged to the card on file. Clients are permitted up to 2 no-show occurrences. After a third no-show, booking privileges will be removed.
